How to run a good WhatsApp quiz
A few habits make a quiz useful instead of a chore.
- Keep it short: five to ten questions, finished in under three minutes.
- One idea per question, with three clear options.
- Explain every answer, right or wrong, so the quiz teaches.
- Use real situations from your work, not trivia from the document.
- Repeat the questions people miss, a few days later.
- Celebrate completion, but keep personal scores private where you can.
Questions
How do employees start a quiz?
They send a short message such as 'start the quiz' to your WhatsApp line, or they open a personal link. They can stop at any time and resume later.
Who writes the questions?
They are drafted from your document, then you review and edit them. Nothing is sent before you approve it.
Can a quiz be in French or Turkish?
Yes. The quiz follows the language of the document.
