Training app
An employee training app with nothing to install.
Most training apps fail on the same point: frontline staff do not install them, forget the password and never open them. Companion delivers lessons and quizzes inside WhatsApp, which your team already uses, built from your own documents.

What to look for in an employee training app
Before you choose any tool, check that it works for people who are on their feet all day.
- Zero friction: can a new starter begin in under a minute, without an account?
- Short sessions: lessons of three to five minutes that fit between tasks.
- Your content: can you build lessons from your own procedures, not only a generic library?
- Proof of learning: quizzes with feedback, and results you can see per person.
- Language: lessons in the language your team speaks.
- Follow-up: reminders for people who have not finished, without you chasing by hand.
Questions
Is this a standalone app?
No. Employees use WhatsApp. You manage courses and results from the Companion web workspace.
Can employees also use a web page?
Yes. Each person can open a personal link that shows only their own lesson, without creating an account.
Who checks the content before staff see it?
You do. Courses are created as drafts that you review and edit.
