Each document has a class that decides who Companion may answer from it, so internal files stay internal.

Questions
Will it make up an answer?
It answers from your documents and names the source. When the documents do not contain the answer, it says so instead of guessing.
Can I keep some documents private?
Yes. Every document has a class that sets who may be answered from it.
Can employees send a voice note?
Yes. Voice notes are transcribed and answered the same way.
