Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your organization's access to and use of Companion (provided by ANA Studio / AnalystAI Inc.). By creating a workspace or using Companion, you agree to these terms on behalf of your organization.

Service scope

Companion provides workspace knowledge management, frontline Q&A, structured check-ins, training modules, and operational briefings over web and connected messaging channels such as WhatsApp and Telegram. Features and usage quotas depend on the workspace plan selected.

Customer data and ownership

Your organization retains full ownership of all documents, product sheets, rosters, messages, voice recordings, and training content uploaded or submitted to your workspace. You grant Companion a limited license to host, index, and process that data solely to provide and secure the service for your workspace, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use and messaging

Workspace administrators are responsible for ensuring that phone numbers and email addresses added to a workspace belong to authorized personnel or consenting recipients, and that outbound check-ins and training invitations comply with applicable telecommunications and messaging platform rules (including Meta WhatsApp Business policies). You may not use the service to send unsolicited bulk promotions, unlawful content, or security probes against other tenants.

AI-assisted features

Companion grounds its answers and training drafts in the documents and tables uploaded to your workspace and cites the source passages used. Workspace administrators remain responsible for reviewing training drafts, document classifications, and sharing approvals before publishing them to frontline teams.

Subscriptions and termination

Paid plans are billed in advance according to the selected billing cycle. Workspace administrators may cancel a subscription or request workspace closure at any time. Upon termination, workspace data is deleted in accordance with the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.
