Compliance training

Turn your code of conduct into a quiz your team actually completes.

Most codes of conduct are read once at signing and never again. Upload yours and employees answer a short quiz on WhatsApp. You see who has done it and which rules people get wrong.

  1. Your documentsPDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  2. CompanionReads, summarises and drafts for your review
  3. WhatsAppLessons, quizzes and forms
  4. YouResults and requests

Upload a PDF, Word, Excel or PowerPoint file. Companion reads it and drafts the lesson or form for you to review.

How it works

  1. 1

    Upload the code of conduct

Add the PDF or Word file. Companion detects its language, writes a short summary and files it as a policy document.

  2. 2

    Review the draft quiz

A short course and quiz are drafted from the text. You check each question against your policy and edit the wording.

  3. 3

    Assign it to your team

Employees get a WhatsApp message with the lesson. They answer at their own pace, and a reminder follows those who have not.

  4. 4

    Track completion

See who finished, their score, and the questions most people missed, so you can clarify the rules that are unclear.

For your employees

  • A short quiz instead of a long document to read
  • Immediate explanation of why an answer is right or wrong
  • A clear end: a score when they finish

For you

  • Completion status per person
  • The rules people misunderstand most
  • One place for the policy document and the training built from it

What to cover in code of conduct training

A code of conduct only changes behaviour when people can apply it to situations they actually meet. A good training covers the following.

  • The rules in plain words: what is expected, and what is not allowed.
  • Real situations: gifts and hospitality, conflicts of interest, harassment, use of company property.
  • How to speak up: who to tell, how to report a concern, and what protection the person has.
  • Confidentiality: customer, employee and company information, and what may be shared.
  • Consequences: what happens after a breach, so the rules feel fair and consistent.
  • A short quiz with an explanation for each answer, repeated when the code is updated.

Questions

Does this replace legal acknowledgement of the policy?

No. It shows who has taken and passed a quiz on the policy. Check with your legal or HR team whether you also need a signed acknowledgement.

Can the quiz be in French or Turkish?

Yes. The quiz follows the language of your document. French and Turkish documents are read as such, not translated by default.

Can I edit the questions?

Yes. Every question is a draft you review and edit before it is assigned.

See it on your own documents.
