Employees fill it in on WhatsApp
They are asked one question at a time. Typos and everyday wording such as 'next Monday' are understood, and a recap lets them correct any line.

Approvers decide from an email
You name the approvers and send each one a one-time link. They see the whole request and approve or refuse, with a comment.

Questions
Does it send the request to the next approver automatically?
Not yet. You send the email to each approver, one level at a time. That keeps you in control of who sees what.
Can I use my own form?
Yes. Upload it and a draft digital version is created from it. You review it before publishing.
Which forms work best?
Leave, early leave, time-off-in-lieu and similar requests where an employee fills in a few fields and a manager decides.
Is this a replacement for our HR system?
No. It collects and routes requests. Whether it should feed your official record is a decision for your HR team.
